For the past few days, I'm stressing out about my grades in two of my past subjects. Since I haven't seen my grades yet, I'm kinda worried that it was Incomplete. And the sad part is I can't confirm it because the prof won't release any grade. Ayos, db? 

And there's only one cure to my stress and that's retail therapy.

My favorite is the romper and of course, the fleece blanket! I can't sleep without a blanket and it must be made of fleece. Who doesn't love soft blankets, anyway?

Here's my very first "nail-polish-of-the-week" post. :)

Sassy Colors in Iced Mocha

Sassy colors offers a super wide range of nail polish colors. They also have nail polish in matte, frosted, and their new product, the magnetic nail polish. What I also like about this product is it is very affordable (price starts at 16pesos) and you can easily find it, even convenience stores sell them. :)

Anything in the shade of Violet makes me happy. :)

I love the color especially because it is in the shade of violet. 

It has tiny glitters that makes your nail shimmer under the sun or light. 

Over-all, it's my new fave nail polish color. :)

Fashion 21 Mineral-Based Fine Blush Powder in No.3

Yey! Another blog post! 

My recent purchase for this month was a blush-on from Fashion 21. On my previous post, I mentioned that I was a no make-up junkie BUT a little lipstick and blush-on won't hurt, right?

Hence my search for a blush-on with a built-in brush starts. As a I said before I'm really lazy to put make-up on my face that's why I want a blush powder with a brush. I guess the effort for putting make-up can be used on more important things like doing my assignments. Hahaha!

Anyway, my search is over. I saw this blush powder on Fashion 21 and it has a built-in brush. It's compact and very easy to use. It also comes with a mirror! Plus, it is very affordable (155 pesos). 

It has 5 shades to choose from. From light pink to bronze shades. I chose the No.3 shade which is light and more on pink-coral shade. I guess coral shades are morenas' best-friends when it comes to blush-on.

Anyway, the shade compliments my morena skintone.

PROS:

CONS:

•  The only negative thing about this product, for me, is it contains paraben.

OOTD: Cozy Cardigan

How are you? Me? Oh,I'm fine. Thank you.

Anyway, I'm doing this blog while making my assignments. I'm a Gemini. So I'm a multitasker. 

The weather these past few days is really erratic. You woke up with the rays of sun in your face then after a few hours, it's raining very hard outside. Weird, right? That's why we should always bring an umbrella with us wherever we go. And for me, I also bring a cardigan every time I go out especially when I go to school.

Cardigan is a must-have for me since I can't stand to be in an airconditioned room for a long period of time. Ginawin kasi ako. We have airconditioned classrooms and sometimes, on my way home, it will rain.

Cardigans will keep you cozy and at the same time, stylish.

And I'm going to show you my recent purchase, a very cute cardigan!

OOTD: Peplum with Studs

Yihaaa! Just got home from SM Bacoor. I did not shop, ok? We attended Sunday Mass. Yes! This is where we hear mass every Sunday. Why? Aside from the airconditioned place, joke. Honestly, it's because the priest who officiate the mass at SM Bacoor is none other than Fr. Joey Ayala Faller.

Fr. Joey is a gifted and well-known healing priest. He is also the one who founded "Kamay ni Hesus" in Lucban, Quezon.

How to Know Your Face Shape

Knowing your face shape is very important and can be a little bit tricky.

You have to know your face shape so you will also be able to know what make-up,eyebrow, hairstyle, sunglasses, etc. is suited for you.  Of course unless you're confident enough in whatever you wear or look. 

But me, being the praning, (haha!) I make sure na whatever I buy suits my face shape or even my body shape. Vain huh? Hindi naman masyado. 

So, I want to buy new sunnies and I can't decide what design to buy because I'm worried na if I buy this, I'll look like (insert any person you know. haha!). Or if I chose that design, I'll look like a bumblebee. Hirap maging babae di ba?

Enough of kapraningan, I search Mr. Google how to know my face shape(and what sunglasses suit that kind of shape).

And here's what I found:

I quickly grabbed my phone and took a picture of my face.

I know I don't look pretty in this one. Pero sa ngalan ng kaartehan, ayan na nga ang aking mukha. Haha.

Then I also try this one from makeupandbeauty.com:

1. Top of Your Cheekbone: Rest the tape on the top of your cheekbones, just past the outer corner of your eye. Take the tape to the same point on the other side of your face in a straight line across the bridge of your nose. Note down this length.

2. Jawline: Put the tape on the jawline of your face near the base of your ear. Run the tape along your jawline up to middle of your chin. This is half your jawline length. Multiple the measurement by two to get your jawline length.

3. Forehead: Place one end of the tape on one side of the forehead at the widest point halfway between your eyebrow and the hairline. Run the tape in a straight line to the same point on the opposite side of the face. Note this length.

4. Face Length: Starting at the middle of your hairline, run the measuring tape down your face, over your nose, to the tip of your chin. Note down this length.

Now that you have done the measurements, it is time to determine the shape of your face.

Oval Face Shape: If the length of your face (measurement 4) equals one and a half times the width (measurement 1) you have an oval face.

Round Face Shape: If the length of your face is approximately equal to the width of your face, you have a round face.

Oblong Face Shape: You have an oblong face if your face is longer than it is wide. The difference between this face shape and oval face shape is that an oblong face has more length and less width. The forehead, jaw line, and cheekbone are approximately equal in width.

Heart Face Shape: If your forehead and cheekbones are wider and your jawline is narrow you have a heart-shaped face.

Square Face Shape: If the width of your face is as much as its length but your face has a more angular shape than a round face, then you have a square face.

Triangular Face Shape: This face shape has prominent jaw line and narrow cheekbones and temple.

Here's my measurement:

1. 5" 
2. 4" 
3. 6" 
4. 7.5"

I guess I'm an oval. But I'm still not so sure of it. So, for now, I'll just assume na I'm an oval. Haha!
